Morning Workshops
- Connect the Breath, Connect to the Divine
Breathwork with Lori Gaytán (bio)
Open your breath and feel your cells begin to dance and your heart expand, freeing yourself of life's daily stresses! Breathwork helps us to release restrictive breathing patterns, creating more space for joy and peace in our lives. In this workshop we will explore how conscious connected breathing can help restore the body, mind, emotions and spirit to wholeness so that we feel more loving and connected in our daily lives.

Journey Dance: Step into Your Creative Spirit with Pamela McIntyre (bio)
Move your Body, Move your life! Dance your chakras, connect to Earth-Body-Spirit, connect to yourself and community through the joy of movement and music. JourneyDance is an exhilarating dance-as-spiritual practice that invites you to experience increased energy, body awareness, core power, and creative expression. Weaving simple guided movement sequences and free exploration, JourneyDance inspires you to step into the rhythm of your life! JourneyDance is based on Kripalu DanceKinetics (YogaDance) and similar to Nia but more free form. No experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing.

- Nourish Yourself, Body & Soul
Holistic Nutrition with Mary Ann Hill (bio)
What is Holistic Nutrition and how does it promote Healing? This discussion will provide an overview of Holistic Nutrition and how our everyday foods can promote a healthy lifestyle. We will discuss the basics of a healthy lifestyle, healthy and nutritious eating tips, ideal foods to enjoy, and vital nutrients and where to get them in our everyday foods. There will be a meal planning exercise and a question and answer session included.
- Twist, Breathe & Flow
GYROKINESIS® with Stephanie Eaton (bio)
This workshop is an introduction to the GYROKINESIS Methodology. GYROKINESIS is a movement system which allows one to work the entire body through the natural movement potential of the spine. Through a systematic series of rhythmic and undulating movements, the skeletal, muscular, and energetic systems of the body are exercised. Through corresponding breathing patterns, the internal organs are stimulated and massaged.
GYROKINESIS is a rhythm-based, flowing practice which has the potential to at once invigorate and also calm the body, leaving one feeling more centered, connected, and stretched. The class begins seated on a stool, gently moving the spine, and continues gradually through more vigorous exercises on the mat, finishing with a series of standing exercises. This course is intended for all types of movers, regardless of age, fitness level, or experience. Just come prepared to breathe, twist, and flow!

- Yoga
Yoga with Liza Keogh (bio)
A yoga practice, whether it's at home or in a class, is
about more than arriving at the destination of whatever pose we're working on.
It is as much about the journey to that pose- the opening, strengthening
and tempering of our bodies, hearts and minds. This workshop will begin with
tuning-in exercises for the breath and belly, and move on to include slow,
flowing sequences of yoga postures. Please bring a yoga mat; all other props
