Individuals

The full-day experience starts and concludes with group ceremonies, and focuses around two 90-minute workshops.  During breaks, you will be nourished by healthy snacks, lunch, music, and the opportunity to share with other members of the Pause community.

Registration for Pause is $100 per person.  We also offer a 40% student discount for a $60 registration fee.

Bringing a group?  For groups of five or more, we offer a 20% group discount for an $80 per person group registration fee .
