Pause Retreat

We are the people who are creating Pause!

Our mission is to embrace the sharing of alternative healing, explorations of movement practices, and the channeling of life force energy. We are committed to bringing together a group of individuals in the spirit of giving and building community.

Rachel Kodama, MSPT, GCFP - workshop leader

Rachel is the original instigator behind Pause. Through Pause, Rachel hopes to create powerful new connections between people who are using movement and energy work to heal themselves and others. Rachel's inspiration for Pause flows from her belief that miraculous results are possible when we come together in an environment of support and mutual contribution.

Rachel brings to Pause her experiences as a physical therapist, a Feldenkrais practitioner, a Reiki Level 2 Practitioner, and a mother of two young boys.

Please read a letter from Rachel about Pause!

Rachel is delighted to introduce you to the Pause event team:

Liza Keogh, Yoga instructor - workshop leader

Liza is a yoga instructor, retreat leader, and owner of the Easton Yoga Center. Practicing yoga both on and off the mat has led to a deeper sense of comfort with her body, a greater compassion for herself and others, and more patience for the challenges of parenting and personal relationships. A regular yoga practice encourages us to pay attention to the moment, listen deeply to the inner voices, and cultivate the capacity to sit with the easy times as well as the hard. A good bar of Valrhona chocolate never hurts either.

Lori is a certified breathwork facilitator and graduate of the Power of Breath Institute’s two year program of breath empowerment and facilitation training. Mary Ann works with children, cancer patients, those experiencing the loss of a loved one and the general public. She works out of her home in Plymouth, makes out calls to client's homes, and also works at Susan Perry Skin Care.
